Yorkshire’s very own currency -
Carbon Quids.

At a time when general awareness of environmental
issues increases and we recognise the need for
change – the launch of Carbon Quids allowed the
people of South Yorkshire to do their bit for the
environment through sustainable methods of
travel, whilst earning towards a range of exciting
gifts.

EU Mobility week is now over, so collecting Carbon Quids
is on hold for now. All winners of the Prize Draw will be
notified in due course, with the winners names appearing
on the website soon afterwards.

For those of you who had a voucher for a tree in your
reward bag don’t forget to call the information line and let
us know where you want to collect it from. They
will be available for collection from Barnsley Interchange,
Sheffield Interchange, Rotherham Interchange or Doncaster
Interchange on Saturday 6th October. Call us on the
Information Line now so that you are not disappointed.

However, the website still provides a resource for news from
the Carbon Quids scheme, alongside a wealth of links and
information on sustainable travel and environmental issues.

Finally, you can check out the Green Foot Group, a host of
businesses and organisations supporting the scheme and
